Lane Printing & Design, LLC – Online Order Terms and Conditions (WWCC)

By creating an online ordering account and placing orders through Lane Printing & Design, LLC, the user affirms the following:

1. Authorization to Order

    I confirm that I am an employee or representative of Walla Walla Community College (WWCC) and have the authority to approve print orders on behalf of the College.

2. Responsibility for Unauthorized Orders

    If I am not authorized to approve purchases on behalf of WWCC, I understand and agree that I will be personally responsible for all charges incurred, including but not limited to design, printing, materials, and delivery costs.

3. Collections and Fees

    In the event of non-payment, I acknowledge that I will be liable for any additional costs incurred to collect payment, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

By proceeding with account creation and/or placing an order, I agree to these terms.
